I agree Willy. Getting out of town seemed like the right thing to do at the time. I would have been scared stiff and been freaked out. I also agree that I would be guilty of killing him, but I was saving my friends life and possibly mine so it had to be done.
B. Explain what Ponyboy finds out about Randy and the other Socs at the end of Chapter 7.
At the end of chapter 7 Ponyboy finds out that Bob was Randy's best friend. Ponyboy also found out that Randy didn't want to take place in the rumble. Randy had told him that whoever wins it would'nt really change much. Greasers would be the same as they were and same with the Socs. Finally he talks about why they tried to jump them. He said that they mad because they were walking Cherry home, so while they were drunk they tried to jump them.
So what does this teach you, Willy?~Mrs. Best
Hey it's John!
A. When we get to know people better, we usually like them more. If that's true, what could we do if we really don't like someone?
When we get to know people better we tend to like them more because you know more about them. You would then know what they like to do, like hobbies, or favorite T.V. shows. If they relate to you, you could share ideas about that thing and just talk about similar ideas you both have. If you don't like someone you should try talking to them because you may not know what they like and he may be a cool kid. If you don't like him after you've talked to him then don't be mean or disrespectful to him just be polite and you don't have to be friends with him.
This is true. You seem to be missing a response, but good thoughts on two of these. ~Mrs. Best
Answer: If I was Johnny I would have felt guilty for killing that Social because he was a part of God's creation. I also would have felt fearful that the cops may arrest if they found out I killed him. I might also be killed by Socials and I would've been freaking out. Therefor I would have probably ran away too, not knowing what would happen if someone knew that I had killed him. I would've grabbed what I needed and got out of there because there wasn't really any reason to stay when his parents didn't care about him.
